Les sonates
To obtain this rosé wine, we «  bleed  » the tanks of red wine. A delightfull wine, at once mineral and fruity, nicely rounded. It is naturally stable because the malolactic fermentation is complete, and we bottle it without adjonction of sulfites. Perfect for apéritifs, an outdoor grill  ; or a somptuous pissaladière , local goat cheese (pélardons) or fruit desserts.
Serve it around 40°F.
